b. Engage community in meaningful dialogue that is intersectional, educational, and engaging

c. Inspire the next generation of Black Voices

d. Start with what the community wants and facilitate the vision of the community

e. Connect the downtown core to public spaces and historic sites

f. Promote healing instead of celebrating trauma
